Common Questions

How do I set up or update my Direct Debit details on the Direct Debit Customer Portal?

Once you get access to the Portal, you can go to the ‘Payment Details’ screen and update your details from there.

How many students are in each class?

We have a maximum of 6 babies in the parent/baby classes, a maximum of 4 in the independent classes and a maximum of 4 in the pre-squads.

Are you an accredited swim school?

Yes, we are accredited with both leading industry associations, AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia

Do you have a Covid Safety Plan?

Yes, we are committed to remaining COVID safe and we maintain and update our COVID-19 Safety Plan in accordance with government requirements.

Can I use an Active Kids voucher?

Yes! We accept vouchers for the following month’s lessons. Your child will need to be enrolled for a minimum of a 3 month term in order to use your voucher. You are not able to use your second voucher in the same term. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we believe it’s important to swim as often as possible in order to progress quickly. If you book in for 2 lessons per week we offer a 10% discount on the second class.

In order to make swimming lessons affordable for those with a large family, we also offer a 10% discount on lessons for the third and fourth child when all children are enrolled with us at the same time.
